What PayVanta is

PayVanta is a software tool that helps contractors and small businesses track invoices and payment terms (including Net 30/60/90). It is software only — not a bank, lender, factoring company, collections agency, or financial advisor.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.

Early access purchase

PayVanta is currently offered as a one-time early-access purchase of $49. Early-access features may change over time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Third-party funding partners

PayVanta may link you to third-party funding partners such as factoring companies or lenders. We may earn a referral commission, at no extra cost to you. We do not control those partners, their terms, rates, or decisions, and we are not responsible for any agreement you enter with them. Review any partner agreement yourself before signing.

Acceptable use

Don't use PayVanta to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

No guarantees

PayVanta is provided "as is." We don't guarantee faster payment, funding approval, or any specific financial outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using PayVanta at any time.

Changes
