Early Access purchase
We want you to be happy with PayVanta. Early-access purchase ($49): if PayVanta isn't a fit, email support@getpayvanta.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hoops.
After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are handled case by case; reach out and we'll work with you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
